Commonly Asked Questions

When should I consider a digital campaign?
ALWAYS! Today, more than ever, it is important to have a presence online.

Is social media as scary as it sounds?
Not at all. We walk our clients through the process of creating and maintaining a social media profile.

Do you work with clients who have big and small budgets?
Yes. We try to accommodate all budgets, big and small.

Do you charge a fee for an initial phone consultation?
No. During the first conversation with a prospective client, we collect information that will help us understand the project and their goals for it.

We’ve had our initial conversation and I’d like to see a proposal. Do you charge a fee for that?
No. We write proposals for clients in good faith. After a proposal is accepted by a client, we execute a contract. While a project is in the proposal phase, we communicate with the client to make sure everyone’s expectations are aligned.
